GROUP COACHING

Perfect for you if: You prefer small-group coaching sessions with built-in peer support and accountability.

  • Free, no-pressure consult to help you decide if coaching is right for you

  • Weekly (live) group calls focused on your most pressing priorities (i.e., weight loss, healthy nutrition, etc.) 

  • Group chat for connecting with other members, cheering people on, and asking questions

  • Individual check-ins between sessions for extra support & accountability

FAQs

How many people are typically in the group? Usually 10-15, and no more than 20. I like to keep them small and intimate so you feel comfortable sharing. 

Will I have the chance to ask questions during coaching calls? Absolutely. Each call will have one “theme,” but the floor is always open for questions, and we can pivot anytime. 

What if I have a question I don’t want to ask in front of everyone? No problem! I’ll check in with you privately in between sessions.

  • It varies! You could have a powerful mindset shift on our first call, or feel more energized within the first week. Other physical changes (like noticeable weight loss) may take longer (4+ weeks). This isn’t a quick fix, but you’ll love how your body responds to functional nutrition.

  • Functional nutrition is a holistic, personalized approach that uses food as medicine to address the root causes of health issues. It prioritizes high-quality, whole foods and helps the body heal itself for optimal well-being.

  • I don’t accept insurance, but many clients use HSA/FSA funds. You’re welcome to check with your provider to see if my services are covered.

  • I don’t diagnose illnesses or prescribe medications. I believe you have the power to take back your health by focusing on integrative (whole body & mind) wellness—including exercise, nutrition, sleep, mental health, and more.

  • None! We don’t do diets around here, especially not “calories in vs. calories out.” We do balanced eating with a mix of healthy proteins, carbs, and fats. I’ll remove all guesswork so you know exactly what foods are best for your specific body and needs.
